Welcome to the CKW LUXE Chess Workshop. We want everyone to have a fun, educational, and fulfilling experience. We understand that an important part of that experience is a safe respectful environment. To that end, we have drawn up guidelines for every student to follow, which we believe will ensure a rewarding and happy week for everyone.

First, students, please print your name, age, grade, and school on the appropriate lines.

Next, parents and students both, please read the guidelines we would like everyone to follow to ensure a successful workshop experience for each participant.
